Functional Workday Compensation Specialist

REMOTE
- Configure and maintain HRIS compensation and absence modules
- Support ongoing system updates, enhancements, and production changes
- Execute monthly production environment updates (evening work required on the last Thursday of each month)
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Ensure compliance, data integrity, and system stability across compensation processes
- Support issue resolution, troubleshooting, and process optimization initiatives
- Document configurations, workflows, and process updates
