Role: Workday Reporting Lead

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Lead to support highquality reporting and
analytics solutions within Workday HCM. This role will partner closely with HR, Finance, and IT
stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable, secure, and scalable reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday HCM reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and
Composite reports
· Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them
into effective Workday reporting solutions
· Support the creation of dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and visualizations using Workday
reporting tools, Workday Prism, and/or Workday People Analytics (where applicable)
· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with security and privacy standards
· Troubleshoot reporting and data issues, providing timely and effective resolutions
· Document report definitions, business rules, and technical specifications
· Support Workday upgrades and releases, enhancement initiatives, including testing and
validation of reporting functionality
· Provide training and knowledge sharing to HR team members and business users on report
access, usage, and interpretation
Required Qualifications:
· 5+ years of hands on experience with Workday Reporting (HCM)
· Strong expertise in Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports
· Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders to define reporting
requirements
· Strong understanding of Workday security and data governance as it relates to reporting
· Excellent analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills
· Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical
users
