Robert Half HR Solutions is looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our client located in Atlanta, Georgia. This organization has a national footprint, and the majority of this work will be handled remotely. As part of this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring top talent for both clinical and non-clinical roles, leveraging your expertise in high-volume recruitment. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely with occasional on-site meetings. Workday as a recruiting tool is a must have; no candidates can be considered without this skill set.
Preference will be given to candidates who have high volume, clinical and non-clinical recruiting experience for multi-state and multi-site locations. Workday as a recruiting tool is a must have.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Handle high-volume recruiting efforts across clinical and non-clinical positions to meet organizational needs.
• Utilize Workday HRIS and Workday Recruiting tools to effectively track and manage applicants.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Identify top talent through proactive sourcing methods and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience.
• Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidate skills and alignment with organizational values.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Attend occasional on-site meetings to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on high-volume hiring.
• Proven track record of recruiting for both clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Proficiency in Workday HRIS, Workday Recruiting, and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
• Ability to source candidates using various methods, including direct sourcing and networking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
• Ability to start immediately and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work remotely with occasional on-site meetings.
