Responsibilities
Kforce has an immediate need for a Workday Talent & Performance Functional Analyst for a 100% remote contact assignment for 12 + months with the potential for long term. Key Tasks:
- Support performance enablement and talent review planning, including design workshops, data readiness, security/roles considerations, and change support
- Partner closely with talent leadership to ensure sustainable processes and stakeholder adoption
- Contribute to talent marketplace and internal mobility experiences, aligning to future-state talent strategy
Reporting, Prism, and Insights:
- Partner with analytics/reporting stakeholders to document reporting needs and implement Prism use cases (where applicable)
- Help define dashboards/insights for leadership across recruiting funnel performance, intern hiring metrics, engagement/listening outputs, etc.
- Support reporting enhancements tied to UR improvements and employee referral process changes
BAU Support & Continuous Improvement:
- Provide functional support across modules via ticket response and triage, including enhancements and defect resolution
- Create and maintain documentation, FAQs, and knowledge transfer materials
- Support quarterly/seasonal peaks (e.g., UR intern cycles) with process reinforcement and system readiness
- Produce high-quality BRDs and supporting artifacts (process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Define the -what- (business need, outcomes, priorities) and translate into the -how- for implementation/configuration partners
- Maintain requirements traceability from discovery through UAT/EAU validation and go-live readiness
Workday Recruiting & Candidate Experience:
- Support Workday Recruiting configuration/design discussions and downstream impacts (requisitions, candidate workflow, offers, onboarding handoffs)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
