Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Healthcare Staffing Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition within healthcare or related fields, demonstrating exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. As a Healthcare Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in diverse clinical environments, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals across various disciplines.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit within healthcare settings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and candidates through proactive communication and relationship management.
- Negotiate employment terms and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment laws and labor regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams on talent management initiatives including onboarding, employee orientation, and performance evaluations.
- Utilize social media management tools and other platforms for lead generation and employer branding efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends such as HR sourcing, employment law, and new recruiting technologies like PeopleSoft or UltiPro.
Experience
- Proven experience in technical recruiting or healthcare staffing with a focus on talent acquisition within fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing candidates through cold calling, research, and social media channels.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms such as Workday or ADP, and recruitment tools like Salesforce or Kronos.
- Strong understanding of employment law, contracts, employee relations, and HR sourcing practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in executive recruiting or campus recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
