JOB SUMMARY:
We are a rapidly growing Plaintiff-Side Labor and Employment Litigation Firm in California seeking a skilled, experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Litigation Team.
This is a fully-remote position that offers significant opportunities for career growth and advancement. You will play an integral role in our Litigation Department and join a 10-person firm where your contributions are valued, respected, and rewarded.
This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, dependable, and eager to grow within our firm. You must be detail-oriented. You will work closely with the firm's Supervising and Senior Attorneys, who will lean heavily on your litigation experience and positive attitude.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
- California Resident: Lives in California;
- Bilingual (English and Spanish -- spoken and written);
- Employment Litigation Experience: 5+ years of dedicated labor and employment litigation experience as a paralegal;
- Plaintiff-Side Employment Litigation Experience
- Bachelor's Degree;
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe, Clio, Google Drive (and Gmail), and legal AI tools;
- Detail-Oriented: You must proofread your work carefully;
- Highly Organized; and
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and positive attitude.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Trial Preparation and/or Experience
- Arbitration Hearing Preparation and/or Experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work directly with Supervising and Senior Attorneys
- Draft, format, and finalize pleadings;
- Propound and respond to discovery;
- Manage attorneys' litigation calendars;
- File and serve legal documents;
- Save documents to Drive and update Clio;
- Case management and administrative support;
- Legal research;
- Schedule and reserve court appearances and depositions;
- Communicate with clients to obtain declarations, signatures, and documentation; and
- Monitor court deadlines and appointments

PAY: $70,000 - $100,000 per year (salaried non-exempt status), commensurate with experience
SCHEDULE:
- 8-hour workday (excluding lunch break);
- Monday to Friday; and
