Position Purpose:
The Workday Analyst at SRS Heritage Group is pivotal in optimizing our HRIS systems to enhance service delivery and integration for our business customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize HRIS Workday systems in a comprehensive, service-oriented environment to align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective configuration, updating, and continuous improvement of the Workday system.
- Serve as a Workday subject matter expert, providing specialized knowledge and insights to drive business processes in HR, talent management, recruiting, and learning.

Direct Manager Direct Reports:
The Workday Analyst at SRS Heritage Group reports directly to the HRIS Leader. This position does not have any direct reports and functions as an integral team member within the HR department, focusing on optimizing the Workday system for the organization.
Travel Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Certification and Workday Proficiency:
- Workday PRO Certification or a minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following Workday modules:
- Workday Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Workday Recruiting/Onboarding
- Workday Performance Management and Talent
Technical and Operational Expertise:
- Demonstrated advanced technical aptitude in Workday systems.
- Strong understanding of HR operations with experience handling HR data.

- Proven excellence in written and oral communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with associates and managers.

Certifications:
