We’re in the middle of a major enterprise transformation - replacing a long-standing PeopleSoft financial system with Workday Financials across the organization.
This is not a production support role.
This is not maintenance work.
We’re building.
We’re looking for a hands-on Workday Financials Developer who can take requirements, design solutions, and configure the platform in a way that scales for the future.
If you enjoy true build work and being part of a multi-year transformation leading to a 2027 go-live, this is the type of opportunity that doesn’t come around often.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and configuring solutions within Workday Financials
- Building Accounting Center rules and journal mappings
- Configuring business processes across Core Financials, Expenses, and Procurement
- Developing integrations using EIB and Core Connectors
- Creating advanced and composite financial reports
- Partnering directly with Finance stakeholders to translate requirements into system design
- Supporting SIT, UAT, and go-live readiness
- You’ll be helping the organization bring critical ERP capabilities in-house - reducing reliance on external implementation partners and building long-term internal expertise.
What We’re Looking For
- 4-7 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience
- Strong configuration experience across Core Financials and Expenses
- Experience designing and building in Accounting Center
- Comfort moving from requirement → conceptual design → system build
- Experience with integrations and reporting tools within Workday
- Bonus if you’ve supported enterprise-scale ERP implementations.
