Recruiting SME (Workday Functional Lead - Recruiting/ATS)Overview
We are seeking a Workday Recruiting SME to lead and optimize recruiting and ATS processes. This role will act as the functional owner of Workday Recruiting, ensuring the system aligns with business needs and drives an efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Workday Recruiting configuration and optimization
- Evaluate and improve end-to-end recruiting workflows
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR leadership to align system with hiring strategy
- Identify gaps in current setup and implement enhancements
- Lead intake sessions and translate business needs into system changes
- Oversee reporting and metrics related to recruiting performance
- Support testing, releases, and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Workday Recruiting experience
- Deep understanding of ATS processes and best practices
- Strong experience with Workday business processes and configuration
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and influence decisions
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling recruiting processes in high-growth environments
- Exposure to Talent or Performance modules
- Experience working alongside implementation partners
