Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the Workday application suite and will design, implement, and optimize Workday solutions to support evolving business needs.
What the Day Will Look Like
Serve as a technical authority on Workday Finance, Workday Extend, and Workday Integrations
Lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions aligned with business requirements
Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices and industry standards
Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions with stakeholders
Design and optimize data flows and process integrations between Workday and external systems
Stay current with Workday releases and enhancements, assessing impact and value
Mentor and train team members on Workday best practices
Contribute thought leadership to broader architectural initiatives across Corporate Systems
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Required Skills and Experience That Will Lead to Success
Bachelor//'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
10+ years of experience in IT and 5+ years as a Workday Solution Architect across Workday Finance, Extend, and Integrations
Experience with Workday PSA and Workday HR is a plus
Strong technical skills in Workday configuration, integrations, reporting, and security
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and regulations
Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices (preferred)
Experience with non-Workday Finance/Procurement systems (Kyriba, TM1, Coupa, etc.) is a plus
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
AI experience inside or outside the Workday ecosystem is a plus
Experience with Workday core concepts: FDM, security models, business process framework, reporting & analytics, integration framework
Experience leading teams
Workday certification highly desirable
