Workday Reporting & Dashboard Consultant
Location: Fully Remote (US‑based) or Hybrid in King of Prussia, PA
Engagement: 3‑Month Contract
We’re supporting one of our key biopharmaceutical clients in identifying an experienced Workday Reporting & Dashboard Consultant for a focused 3‑month engagement. This role sits within Business Technology/HRIS and focuses on reporting, dashboards, Workday Hub configuration, data validation, and security—not HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Workday dashboards, custom reports, and analytics.
- Configure and roll out Workday Hubs to centralise reporting access.
- Gather and document reporting requirements with stakeholders.
- Perform data validation, testing, and support UAT activities.
- Adjust and maintain Workday security groups and role‑based access.
- Troubleshoot reporting, dashboard, and security issues.
- Prepare design documentation, configuration notes, and test scripts.
- Provide knowledge transfer to internal Workday/HRIS teams.
Requirements
Hard Skills
- 1–3 years of hands‑on Workday reporting & dashboard development
- Strong experience creating custom reports and analytics
- Experience configuring Workday Hubs
- Understanding of Workday security groups and role‑based access
- Ability to translate requirements into functional solutions
- Experience supporting UAT and testing cycles
- Strong documentation and analysis skills
Preferred:
- Workday Prism Analytics
- Experience with HR or Payroll modules
