How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Delivering training on SCM modules, including Procure-to-Pay, Requisitioning, Inventory, Order Management, and Logistics.

Guiding users through core tasks such as requisition creation, purchase order management, inventory adjustments, and order fulfillment.

Facilitating hands-on training using sandbox environments and realistic process scenarios.

Supporting learners with role-based navigation, task sequencing, and system troubleshooting.

Providing live support during both formal training sessions and go-live events to reinforce consistent system use and data entry standards.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:
-
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need:
- 3-5 experience Hands-on experience with ERP Supply Chain platforms (Oracle, PeopleSoft, WorkDay, etc)

Strong command of transactional supply chain processes within the system

Familiarity with dependencies between procurement, inventory, and order management tasks

Experience in the Healthcare or a related industry including clinical settings
