Workday Financials Functional Lead (Banking & Budgeting)
We are currently seeking a Workday Financials Functional Lead with strong Banking and/or Budgeting experience to support a large-scale Workday implementation project.
*This role is Fully Remote*
Responsibilities:
Lead the Banking and Budgeting functional workstreams within a Workday Financials implementation
Facilitate design workshops and working sessions with stakeholders
Provide functional guidance and configuration recommendations
Support business process design, impact assessments, and documentation efforts
Collaborate across functional, technical, and project teams to ensure successful delivery
Drive alignment between business requirements and Workday system capabilities
Required Experience:
4+ years of Workday Financials implementation experience
Strong experience with Workday Banking/Cash Management and/or Budgeting
Experience leading functional workstreams
Workday Financials certification required
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
Experience supporting full implementation lifecycle activities
Preferred:
Consulting/client-facing experience
Experience with Workday Financials business process design
Exposure to large enterprise implementations
