This is a hybrid role located in Rosemont.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Senior Analyst to support and optimize the Workday platform. This role is responsible for system configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement across multiple Workday HR modules. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional and technical expertise to ensure the system effectively supports business operations and strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for multiple Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Reporting, Learning).
- Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of new features, system enhancements, and Workday releases.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, system maintenance, and ongoing support, resolving complex issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Manage and maintain security configuration, including domain and role-based security.
- Create and maintain documentation such as business process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Workday modules.
- Strong functional and technical expertise in at least three (3) Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Payroll).
- Experience leading Workday release cycles, including testing and deployment.
- Solid understanding of HR business processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong reporting experience, including building and utilizing calculated fields; matrix reporting experience a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
