Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to partner with senior leadership and drive financial insights across the business. As an individual contributor, this role owns key planning processes, leads advanced analytics in revenue and pricing, and translates complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence decision-making and business performance.
Located at our office in Naperville our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model is required (generally in-office T-TH and remote M & F).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Act as subject matter expert on our revenue and pricing models. Work with the Pricing/Commercial Finance teams to develop a monthly revenue/pricing variance package, quarterly forecast, and annual budget. Drive insights to improve revenue forecast and strategy.
- Own the Long-Range Model updates and collaborate with senior finance leadership and the Commercial Finance team to drive continuous refinement in the assumptions.
- Lead changes and interpret/articulate financial results with Accounting/Treasury team to create timely monthly financial results analysis and mutual understanding of the financial impacts of business trends.
- Deliver timely and accurate executive & board reporting materials for the monthly business reviews and quarterly board meetings.
- Lead and support the continued enhancement of financial planning and reporting tools (Alteryx and Workday Adaptive) and implement standardized processes to provide insights more quickly to the business.

Experience and Qualifications of the Role
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
- Experience working with large dataset and financial modeling.
- Strong comprehension of accounting and financial statements.
- Excellent data, analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills, with the ability to succinctly interpret data for executives and frame business issues in a straightforward manner.
- Problem solving mindset with attention to details.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with ability to multi-task in a complex and deadline-driven environment.
- High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Alteryx / Power BI /Looker or similar data prep tools experience is a plus.
Computer Skills Needed to Perform the Job
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365.
- Alteryx, Looker, or SQL experience a plus.
- Workday Adaptive proficiency a plus.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) licenses are a plus.
We offer a compelling total rewards package that includes a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits to support your total wellbeing. The base pay range for this position is $116,450 - $157,500 USD Annual. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set. The compensation offered may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan or commission target.
