We are seeking two contingent Benefits Testing Analysts to provide execution support during a high volume benefits and payroll testing period. These roles will focus on validating benefits configuration, benefit deductions, and payroll aligned outcomes in Workday to ensure accurate and compliant results through year end delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute functional and regression testing for Workday Benefits configuration, including:
- Benefit eligibility rules and benefit groups
- Benefit plan updates and cross plan dependencies
- Enrollment events related to employee changes
- Validate benefit deductions and alignment with payroll, including timing, rounding, and effective dating scenarios
- Execute assigned test scripts, document results, and clearly capture defects and test evidence
- Support system, acceptance, and payroll related testing cycles as needed
- Partner with benefits SMEs, payroll, and product teams to validate fixes and retest outcomes
- Provide concise testing status updates and defect summaries
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Benefits administration, benefits testing, or HR systems testing
- Hands on experience testing Workday Benefits (plans, eligibility, enrollment events, deductions)
- Strong understanding of benefit deduction logic and payroll interaction
- Experience executing structured test cases and documenting results in enterprise environments
