Overview: We are seeking a Certified Workday Integration Consultant to support enterprise-level implementations and enhancements across global clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Workday HCM modules and integration tools, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute Workday HCM integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and PECI.
Architect and implement solutions across modules including Recruiting, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits.
Design and deliver custom reports and data flows tailored to complex business requirements.
Configure Workday security frameworks (user-based, role-based, job-based) aligned with client governance models.
Drive end-to-end Workday Recruiting implementations across multilingual and multi-country environments.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to optimize onboarding, payroll, performance management, and compensation workflows.
Provide technical leadership during implementation phases, including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Required Qualifications:
Workday Certifications preferred.
Demonstrated success in global Workday implementations, including recent delivery for clients such as Robert Half.
Strong command of Workday Studio, EIB, PECI, and reporting tools.
Proficiency in SAS, SQL, SOAP, WSDL, XML, and XSLT.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Experience:
Prior consulting experience with third-party services firms.
Experience working in agile delivery environments.
Familiarity with multilingual deployment strategies.
