Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, high-performing Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our team at Project Wellbeing—a premium wellness and performance facility.
This is not a traditional clinical role. Our environment is high-touch, concierge-style, focused on delivering measurable outcomes and an elevated client experience. You will work with motivated clients and athletes, helping them improve performance, reduce pain, and restore function through personalized, results-driven care plans.
This role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting and takes pride in delivering both clinical excellence and exceptional service.
Schedule & Availability Requirements (Required)
- Minimum 20 hours per week (required)
- Must maintain consistent availability for patient scheduling
- Weekend availability as needed
- Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and high-demand scheduling
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations of movement, strength, mobility, and functional performance
- Develop and implement individualized, outcome-driven plans of care
- Deliver hands-on treatment including manual therapy, soft tissue work, therapeutic exercise, and advanced modalities (as credentialed)
- Utilize performance and diagnostic tools (DARI, VALD, VO2, etc.) to guide treatment and progression
- Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term performance strategies
- Drive plan-of-care completion, rebooking, and client adherence
- Collaborate with internal teams (coaches, recovery staff, front desk) to ensure a seamless, high-end client experience
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in required systems (100% within 24 hours)
- Manage schedule efficiency and maximize patient utilization while minimizing gaps
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all treatment areas
Requirements
Required:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active Nevada Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Current AED/First Aid certification
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience (or strong clinical rotations)
Preferred:
- Experience in sports performance, wellness, or concierge-style care
- Certifications in advanced modalities (dry needling, manual therapy, etc.)
- Experience working with athletes or high-performance clients
- Familiarity with EMR/documentation systems (WebPT, Trainerize, etc.)

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
