Immanuel Academy is a private K–12 Christian school located in St.Ann, MO, and is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). We are seeking passionate and dedicated Elementary Math and Science teacher who love God, desire to serve as role models for children, and are committed to helping students reach their full potential within a Christ-centered learning environment.
Position Details
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 8-hour workday
- Compensation: $38,000–$50,000 annually (10-month schedule)

Key Qualifications
- A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (required)
- Prior lead teaching experience preferred, but not required
- Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous growth in subject knowledge and instructional practice
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and actively engage in the life of the school
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Christian role model, demonstrating integrity and faith in all aspects of teaching and interactions
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans across core subjects, integrating biblical principles
- Follow school curriculum and instructional practices to ensure students meet or exceed academic standards
- Use diverse instructional strategies to support a range of learners, including English Language Learners and students with varying needs
- Foster students’ social-emotional growth, encouraging wise decision-making and self-discipline
- Maintain a structured, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom expectations
- Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and Christ-centered school culture
