Key Responsibilities
Lead the management and enhancement of the Workday platform (Core HCM, Benefits, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Performance)
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify system improvements and streamline workflows
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR technology and processes
Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across the system
Support reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency across the People function
Profile
Strong Workday expertise across multiple modules in a complex environment
Background in financial services, professional services, or similarly fast-paced environments
Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence change
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Experience leading or owning HR systems at scale
