Highly reputable global law firm is in search of an HRIS Manager to lead all the technology initiatives for the firm. The role will be evaluating existing systems and leading HR's strategic initiatives including implementing Workday HCM. The role will be collaborating with HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and other stakeholders in developing its long term HRIS strategy and scaling the systems for growth. Responsibilities will include creating a road map strategy for the various HCM modules, evaluating new HR technology and trends, and project managing multiple initiatives to its completion.
Successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience working with HR systems, strong project management, and a hands on person to work with strategic stakeholders. Experience with ATS and HCM technology, such as Workday, Greenhouse, ADP, Taleo, or Oracle HCM is highly preferred.
