Job Title: Workday Compensation & Talent Functional Consultant
Location: Remote (Onshore / Nearshore / Offshore Candidates Welcome)
Duration: 9 12 Months Contract

Required Skills:
- Workday Compensation & Talent Functional Expertise
- Workday Compensation Certification (Preferred)
- Workday Talent Certification (Preferred)
- Workday Payroll knowledge is a plus
- Experience supporting global Workday production environments
- Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Job Profiles, EIBs
- Strong Workday Reporting & Calculated Fields experience
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day Compensation & Talent support
- Configure compensation cycles, talent reviews, succession planning
- Manage salary updates, incentive/allowance plans, EIB loads
- Create process documentation & support global stakeholders
- Work independently in a fast-changing global environment
Preferred- Workday Compensation Certification
- Workday Talent Certification
- Workday Payroll knowledge (nice to have)
Work Hours: Must overlap with US EST (8 AM 11 AM)
Tools: Jira / Agile environment preferred
