Royal Movers is looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) moving driver with excellent attitude, professionalism, and leadership potential.
We are looking for someone responsible, detail-oriented, and trustworthy who wants to grow with the company long-term — not someone looking for “just another job.”
This position can grow into a Crew Leader / Management role for the right person.
Requirements:
- Fluent Spanish and basic/intermediate English
- Valid driver license
- Experience driving moving trucks preferred
- Reliable transportation to our Medley yard
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Professional appearance and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems calmly
- Team player with leadership mentality
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safely drive moving trucks to customer locations
- Load and unload furniture carefully and efficiently
- Properly wrap and protect furniture
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture
- Organize the truck professionally and safely
- Pay attention to details and prevent damages
- Communicate respectfully with customers
- Help lead and motivate the crew during jobs
- Handle payments honestly and professionally at the end of moves
- Maintain positive energy and professionalism throughout the day
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor throughout the workday
Compensation:
- $18-$22 per hour depending on experience
- Tips shared between the crew working the move
