About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale PeopleTech and enterprise transformation initiatives. This role will drive cross-functional programs involving Workday, payroll systems, HR technology platforms, integrations, privacy/compliance initiatives, and enterprise operational transformation efforts.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise-wide technology programs, coordinating complex integrations, working with executive stakeholders, and driving successful end-to-end delivery across Engineering, HR, Security, Privacy, Compliance, and IT organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Transformation Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale PeopleTech and enterprise transformation programs
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and governance processes
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, HR, IT, Security, Privacy, Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams
- Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and executive communications
- Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide regular program status reporting
Workday / HRIS / Payroll Programs
- Manage implementation and enhancement programs involving Workday, Dayforce, Greenhouse, and related HR technology platforms
- Coordinate payroll transformation initiatives including testing, parallel runs, and production readiness activities
- Support organizational change management and operational transition planning
Integration Management
- Own integration tracking and lifecycle management across enterprise systems
- Coordinate API, middleware, and enterprise application integrations
- Work closely with internal engineering teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful integration delivery
- Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing (E2E), UAT, cutover planning, and hypercare support
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with implementation partners, vendors, and consulting teams
- Track vendor delivery against project scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations
- Coordinate change requests, SOW updates, and budget tracking activities
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership and technical stakeholders
Compliance & Governance
- Support GDPR, privacy, security, and compliance-related transformation initiatives
- Ensure program governance, documentation, audit readiness, and operational compliance standards are maintained
- Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives across enterprise systems
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Technical Program Management or Enterprise Transformation experience
- Strong experience leading Workday, HRIS, HCM, or payroll transformation programs
- Experience managing enterprise system integrations and cross-functional technical programs
- Proven experience coordinating UAT, SIT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
- Strong understanding of enterprise program governance, RAID management, and executive reporting
- Experience managing vendors, implementation partners, and large enterprise programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Dayforce payroll systems
- Background in GDPR, privacy, security, or compliance programs
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, Greenhouse, Mulesoft, or Boomi
- Experience supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- Prior experience working in large enterprise or high-growth technology environments
