Role: Workday Configurator

- Deep understanding of Workday functionality for a specific area of responsibility Core Payroll NAM Payroll UK Payroll Global Payroll Compensation and performance
- Subject matter expertise and prior experience with Workday HCM in a configurator role or capacity
- Understanding the configuration of calculated fields condition rules and eligibility rules
- Perform analysis on Workday configuration and business process changes resulting from change requests or Workday upgrades and their impact on Workday security andor integrations
- Author test plans based on functional requirements Execute test plans and track defectsfixes Manage issues through resolution
- Work directly with functional Payroll and technical project teams to assess Workday HCM business needs and translate those needs into a globally aligned configuration and business process model that aligns with project initiatives
- Must have proven work experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM configurations ideally in large global organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities able to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail
