The HR Data Analyst supports Human Resources Technology and Shared Services by delivering day-to-day reporting, data analysis, audit execution, and data support across Workday and related HR technology platforms.
This role partners with HRIS, Payroll, Legal, Internal Audit, Accounting, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Restaurant Operations to provide accurate, timely, and actionable HR data.
This position focuses on executing reporting and data processes, identifying trends, and supporting data integrity and compliance across the organization.
This position is based out of our Tampa Restaurant Support Center and offers a primarily remote work schedule. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance and be able to attend the office on a semi-regular basis.
Essential Duties
- Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday reports and dashboards for operational and functional users
- Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Support improvements to existing reports to enhance usability and efficiency
- Assist in developing standardized reporting where applicable
- Ad Hoc Reporting & Data Analysis
- Manage day-to-day ad hoc reporting requests across HR, Legal, Internal Audit, Accounting, and leadership teams
- Analyze data trends and provide insights to support business decisions
- Ensure accuracy, validation, and timely delivery of all reporting outputs
- Support recurring reporting needs by building repeatable solutions where possible
- Data Audits & Data Integrity
- Own execution of recurring and ad hoc data audits across HR systems
- Identify data inconsistencies and partner with HRIS and business stakeholders to resolve issues
- Support ongoing data quality efforts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist in maintaining documentation related to data audits and reporting processes
- Data Processes & Integration Support
- Support execution of mass data loads (EIBs), including validation and reconciliation
- Assist with data-related aspects of system integrations, including report development and data validation
- Support troubleshooting of data issues related to integrations
- Partner with HRIS to identify trends or issues impacting data, integrations, or reporting
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience required.
Job Requirements / Experience
- 2–4 years of HRIS, data analytics, or reporting experience
- Experience with Workday reporting preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- Experience supporting data audits, reporting, or data validation processes preferred
- Experience working with HR, Payroll, or related data preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Demonstrates sound judgment and compartmentalization when handling confidential, personal, and highly sensitive information
