Title: Workday Technical Leader/Architect
Location: Remote (limited travel required)
Contract Duration: 6–12 Months
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience managing enterprise PMO functions, strategic programs, or transformation initiatives
- 6+ years of hands-on involvement with Workday deployment, optimization, or enterprise rollout programs
- Prior experience supporting healthcare or highly regulated industry implementations preferred
- Strong familiarity with Workday modules, integrations, governance models, and deployment lifecycle
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership, business units, vendors, and technical delivery teams
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing complex enterprise SaaS transformation programs
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, implementation lifecycle management, and PMO operations
- Ability to manage competing priorities in large, matrixed organizations
- Experience with enterprise reporting, governance tooling, and implementation tracking methodologies
Core Responsibilities
- Provide leadership oversight for enterprise Workday and UKG implementation activities across multiple operational areas
- Develop and maintain PMO governance standards, delivery frameworks, and escalation protocols
- Coordinate intake management, prioritization reviews, dependency tracking, and enterprise implementation planning
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Security, Integration, and Infrastructure teams to ensure delivery alignment
- Manage program reporting, implementation dashboards, RAID logs, and executive communication updates
- Lead planning sessions, steering committee meetings, and enterprise stakeholder reviews
- Monitor project milestones, resource utilization, implementation risks, and delivery timelines
