About the Position:
Ready Set GO Therapy is seeking a passionate Full-Time or Part-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our collaborative interdisciplinary practice serving children and families at our fully equipped sensory gym in Sausalito and our expanded Novato clinic, as well as outdoor groups, summer camps, and school-based settings.

Compensation:
- Hourly position, with a pay range based on experience.Full-time therapists working 35-40 hours per week can earn $94,000–$133,000 annually, depending on caseload, schedule, and availability

Requirements:
Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist: (Including, but not limited to)
- Perform evaluations and provide treatment for pediatric clients. Caseload includes highly motivated families with a typical age range of 2–15 years, with diagnoses including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Learning Differences (LD), Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD)
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support client-centered goals
- Provide family and community education, including caregiver coaching and consultation
- Communicate and coordinate with community professionals such as teachers, school staff, and medical providers
- Potential to lead or support Friendship Explorations summer camps and outdoor groups
Who We're Looking For:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in California or license-eligible
- Experience working with pediatric populations or a strong interest in pediatrics
- Comfortable engaging in active, play-based activities
- Values collaboration, mentorship, and family-centered care
- New graduates are encouraged to apply

- Employment is contingent upon background check and verification of licensure
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- This position is physically active and may require the ability to sit on the floor, kneel, squat, crawl, bend, and transition to standing repeatedly throughout the workday
- Ability to participate in physically active play and gross motor activities with pediatric clients
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment or materials up to approximately 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to travel between clinic locations, school sites, and community locations as required
Pay: $52.00 - $64.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
