Role: Senior Business Analyst - Core HCM
Location: Remote
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000
This role is focused on Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, and Talent modules. You'll work cross-functionally with HR, Talent, L&D, and IT to gather requirements, configure solutions, and drive enhancements that support real people initiatives. This is a hands-on configuration role with a lot of ownership.
- What you'll be doing: partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into Workday configurations, owning the full lifecycle of requests from intake through deployment, managing system upgrades and tenant refreshes, and ensuring data integrity through audits and governance practices. There's also an expectation to stay current on AI and emerging technology as it relates to recruiting and people strategy.
- What we're looking for: 7+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience with a strong focus on the modules above, deep knowledge of business processes, security, calculated fields, and reporting, and someone who can manage competing priorities without losing quality.
- Travel up to 25%. Remote-friendly environment.
