Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and HR. This role focuses heavily on proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and consultative support to drive successful hiring outcomes.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and/or sales roles, with flexibility to support high-tech hiring initiatives
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop targeted, data-driven recruiting strategies
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through networking, outreach, and talent mapping techniques
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Screen candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, compensation expectations, and work authorization status
- Identify target companies, industries, and talent pools to support strategic sourcing efforts
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and professional networks
- Utilize AI-powered recruiting tools and modern platforms (e.g., Copilot, Phenom) to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
- Serve as a consultative partner by providing market insights, candidate feedback, and hiring recommendations
- Collaborate across the talent acquisition team to share pipelines and improve overall recruiting effectiveness
- Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to support continuous improvement
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to stay aligned on current and future hiring needs
- Educate candidates on organizational offerings, career opportunities, and benefits
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (7+ years of total professional experience required; degree required for potential direct hire eligibility)
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including proactive sourcing
- Proven ability to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates
- Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, talent pipelines, and candidate engagement best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of employment laws, compliance standards, and hiring practices
- Experience with standard business tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- No immigration sponsorship available for this role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for technical and/or sales roles, particularly in high-tech or global environments
- Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., Phenom, Microsoft Copilot)
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of compliant hiring practices (e.g., OFCCP)
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Leadership or mentoring experience within recruiting or talent acquisition teams
