A global tech company based in Boston is looking to add a Senior Analyst - Workday to its team. This person will be a trusted Business Partner who will sit within the finance org, partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, IT and HR.
Ideal candidate loves a process-improvement focused role where they can lead and implement change across the global finance function.
Highlights:
- Analyze, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday to ensure smooth operation.
- Develop financial reporting and dashboards for analytics, KPI's and financial data through Workday and EIB.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Provide end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.
- Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements or optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience
- Experience in a dynamic, global organization a huge plus
- Excellent system skills including Advanced Excel, Workday & Adaptive Planning
- Excellent relationship-building skills, able to work cross-functionally within a complex organization
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills- always interested to understand a process and ask how it can be improved.
- Interested in growing long-term with the organization
