Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile, technically strong Senior HRIS Analyst to help lead the systems and reporting infrastructure that support our compensation programs in Workday. In this role, you will focus heavily on compensation reporting, analytics, and configuration, while working closely with our other Compensation HRIS Analyst to build, maintain, and optimize compensation solutions. This includes supporting advanced compensation plan design and build activities, including plans that use scorecards and bonus frameworks. You will partner across Compensation, HR Operations, Finance, and Payroll to translate program requirements into scalable system solutions, strengthen reporting capabilities, and ensure our compensation processes are accurate, efficient, and audit ready.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Compensation solutions with a strong emphasis on reporting, analytics, and advanced compensation plan design.
- Serve as the primary HRIS partner for the annual compensation cycle building and maintaining Workday compensation review plans, merit matrices, and manager worksheets to support accurate and timely cycle execution.
- Partner with other Compensation team to design, build, and maintain advanced compensation plans in Workday, including plans that leverage scorecards and STI-style plan structures.
- Build, maintain, and enhance Workday compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics to support compensation planning, program administration, and data-driven decision-making across HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with Compensation and cross-functional stakeholders to translate program design requirements into Workday configurations that reflect approved plan rules, scorecard logic, and business requirements.
- Manage system change requests for compensation program updates through a structured change control process, documenting configurations, test outcomes, and approvals.
- Perform testing and validation for compensation system changes, annual cycle builds, and Workday releases to ensure stability and accuracy across all broad-based programs.
- Support data integrity initiatives by conducting regular audits of compensation data in Workday, identifying and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with HR Operations and Payroll.
- Stay current on Workday Compensation releases and proactively assess the impact of system updates on broad-based compensation configurations and reporting.
- Maintain technical documentation for all configurations, reporting logic, and system processes to support knowledge continuity and audit readiness.
- Support audit and compliance activities by providing system documentation, configuration records, and reporting outputs as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
