We are seeking a Workday Learning SME to support a post-go-live remediation and optimization effort for a live Workday environment. This role will focus on stabilizing and enhancing the Learning module, finalizing configurations, and enabling the internal team to effectively manage the system.
Key Responsibilities:
Remediate and optimize the Workday Learning module post go-live Complete pending configurations and finalize business process decisions Provide hands-on functional guidance aligned with Workday best practices Support migration alignment from legacy LMS platforms Train and upskill internal L&D teams for long-term sustainability Collaborate with HRIS and cross-functional teams to ensure system stability Required Experience:
5-8+ years of Workday experience with strong Workday Learning expertise Proven experience in post-go-live optimization / remediation Experience migrating from legacy LMS to Workday Strong understanding of Workday HCM ecosystem and impacts Ability to provide clear, directive guidance and hands-on support Ideal Candidate:
Hybrid functional SME who can fix, optimize, and guide Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders and training teams Strong problem-solver who can stabilize underperforming implementations Nice to Have:
Change management and coaching experience Ability to assess L&D capability gaps and recommend improvements
