FP&A Manager | SaaS | Commercial Finance
Ferretti Search is excited to partner with a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS organization to identify an FP&A Manager to support the next phase of financial and operational scale.
This is a highly visible role supporting executive leadership across a multi-product software business undergoing significant transformation and systems integration following rapid acquisition-driven growth.
The organization is investing heavily in building a unified finance infrastructure, improving forecasting capabilities, and creating scalable reporting processes across the business.
Location: Fully Remote | Eastern Time Zone preferred
Compensation: Up to $150K base + bonus

What you’ll do
- Own consolidated reporting, forecasting, and financial modeling across multiple business segments
- Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and board-level reporting initiatives
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Finance leadership
- Build and maintain SaaS operating models focused on ARR, retention, churn, CAC, and related KPIs
- Help improve reporting architecture, planning processes, and financial systems scalability
- Drive ad hoc modeling, strategic analysis, and process improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of FP&A experience within SaaS, software, or recurring revenue environments
- Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is required
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with GTM or commercial leadership teams
- Understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, retention, CAC, and LTV
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environments
- Bachelor’s degree required
