Job Title: Contract Recruiter – Sales Talent Acquisition

Overview
Our client, a leading organization in the construction services and building products industry, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support nationwide sales hiring initiatives. This role will function as an internal recruiting partner focused on sourcing and hiring high-performing sales professionals across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong experience identifying passive talent, navigating competitive hiring environments, and recruiting within construction-adjacent, industrial, or building materials industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for nationwide sales positions
• Support a high-volume requisition load ranging from 40–80 active openings
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for sales talent
• Identify, engage, and attract passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
• Build and maintain prioritized candidate pipelines based on business hiring needs
• Recruit talent from construction, building materials, industrial distribution, manufacturing, and related industries
• Evaluate candidates with non-compete agreements and navigate competitive talent landscapes
• Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs
• Coordinate candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer processes
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting within Workday and Excel
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Qualifications
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting sales hiring initiatives
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets
• Experience recruiting within construction, building materials, industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors preferred
• Strong understanding of sales recruiting methodologies and candidate engagement strategies
• Experience managing a high-volume requisition workload
• Proficiency with Workday (HCM/ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
• Fully remote position
• Standard Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
