HRIS Analyst
Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite 5 Days per Week)
Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 + Annual Bonus (5–8%)

Position Overvie
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support and enhance enterprise HR technology systems, with a primary focus on Workday administration, reporting, integrations, and process optimization. This individual will serve as a key partner to Human Resources, IT, Finance, and business leaders by ensuring data integrity, improving system functionality, and delivering meaningful workforce insights

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Workday, including system configuration, business processes, security, reporting, and user support
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits, validation processes, and quality control measures
- Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and workforce analytic
- Troubleshoot system issues, integrations, and data discrepancies while partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve concern
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and implementation project
- Create and maintain HRIS documentation, workflows, and process guide
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support for HR system functionality
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, system enhancements, and process redesign
- Partner with HR leadership on annual processes including compensation planning, performance management, benefits administration, and open enrollmen
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standard
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and HR technology strategies
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related fie
- 5+ years of HRIS, HR Technology, or Systems Administration experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday experience
- Experience supporting Workday modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, Time Tracking, Performance, or Absence Management
- Strong reporting and analytics experience within Workday
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong understanding of HR data governance, system security, and data management best practices
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday integrations, Studio, Prism Analytics, or other advanced Workday tools
- Exposure to vendor management systems and third-party HR technology integrations
- Previous experience mentoring team members, leading projects, or serving as a subject matter expert
- Interest in future leadership opportunities within HR Technology or HR Operations
