HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self-motivated Workday Consultant to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.
Role/Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Workday Recruiting and Core HCM implementations across complex, multi-country projects
• Drive Workday Recruiting workstreams from discovery through go-live
• Gather business requirements by facilitating discovery and design workshops
• Lead functional discovery and design sessions and provide recommendations based on best practices
• Design and configure recruiting processes, including job requisitions, workflows, and offers
• Manage and oversee Core HCM and Recruiting workstreams with successful implementation delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HCM, Talent, Compensation, Integrations, and Reporting
• Work closely with integration teams on payroll-related outputs
• Advise clients on talent acquisition best practices and Workday optimization
• Conduct workshops, testing cycles, and user training sessions
• Manage touchpoints with related Workday functional modules
• Ensure effective client communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
• Preferably an undergraduate / associate level degree / diploma from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or a related field (optional)
• 10+ years of overall experience with strong expertise in Workday Recruiting and Core HCM
• At least 2–3 full lifecycle Workday implementations leading HCM Core and Recruiting workstreams
• 5+ years of experience developing calculated fields, advanced reports, data audits, and complex Workday configurations
• Strong understanding of HR processes and talent acquisition best practices
• Proven ability to lead workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions
• Strong consulting, communication, and client management skills
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
• Workday Recruiting Partner Certification
• Experience working in a Workday Partner environment
• Experience supporting global or multi-country implementations
• Strong exposure to integrations and reporting within Workday ecosystem

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
