We are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple departments while supporting and developing a small recruiting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Lead and support a team of recruiters/coordinators, providing guidance, training, and daily direction
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, timelines, and market conditions
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and hiring trends
- Utilize Workday to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, reporting, and hiring workflows
- Ensure data integrity and maintain accurate recruiting activity within Workday and the ATS
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview and onboarding process
- Assist with recruiting process improvements, interview best practices, and workflow efficiencies
- Coordinate and participate in intake meetings, interview debriefs, and hiring strategy discussions
- Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience, including experience supporting or mentoring recruiters
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple job functions and levels
- Hands-on experience using Workday Recruiting and/or Workday HCM
- Strong sourcing and passive candidate outreach skills
- Experience working within an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Agency recruiting experience or high-volume recruiting experience is a plus
