- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates via ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training programs.
- Oversee employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict management, and promoting a respectful and inclusive environment.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans using platforms such as ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity; ensure accurate data entry and compliance with applicable laws.
- Support performance management initiatives by coordinating employee evaluations, succession planning efforts, and performance improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards (FMLA, OSHA regulations), OSHA safety protocols, and affirmative action planning requirements through diligent policy implementation.
- Lead change management projects related to organization design or HRIS upgrades (e.g., Oracle HCM or UltiPro), facilitating smooth transitions across departments.
- Maintain comprehensive HR records and data collection efforts using systems like Salesforce or PeopleSoft to support workforce management and strategic planning initiatives. Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with a strong understanding of HR sourcing, recruiting strategies, and HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment & labor law compliance including FMLA regulations and OSHA standards.
- Skilled in conflict management, employee evaluation processes, and training & development programs that enhance workforce capabilities.
- Experience managing benefits administration through systems like Kronos or UltiPro; familiarity with payroll processing using tools such as Paychex or ADP is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change management initiatives while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and contract administration.
