Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fractional Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on a flexible, part-time basis. In this role, you will leverage your extensive recruiting expertise to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent across various industries and levels. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for diverse roles, including technical, executive, campus, and internal positions.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Lever, Workday, iCIMS, and others to identify high-quality candidates efficiently.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate fit through behavioral and technical evaluations, and facilitate the hiring process from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders by providing expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices and labor law compliance.
- Utilize social media management tools and platforms such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, and HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or UltiPro to generate leads and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Negotiate employment contracts, employment law considerations, and onboarding processes including employee orientation and contracts management.
- Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, candidate statuses, and compliance documentation while continuously improving sourcing techniques through research and lead generation efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive search, HR sourcing, campus recruitment, or related fields with a focus on talent management.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, Taleo, iCIMS, Workday, Paychex, ADP, Kronos or similar HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations applicable across different regions to ensure compliant hiring practices.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in candidate evaluation and documentation.
- Experience with social media management tools for lead generation and branding purposes in recruiting campaigns.
- Skilled in research techniques for sourcing passive candidates through cold calling or relationship management strategies.
