The Redda Group is leading an exclusive search for a Senior HRIS Data Analyst on behalf of a highly regarded, globally recognized professional services organization headquartered in Washington, DC. This is a high-impact opportunity for a data-driven HR systems professional to play a key role in supporting and optimizing HR technology, reporting, and analytics in a complex, multi-office environment.
Position Overview
The Senior HRIS Data Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for the organization’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, optimizing system functionality, and delivering actionable insights through reporting and analytics.
This role sits at the intersection of HR, IT, and finance, supporting critical processes including compensation, performance management, compliance reporting, and workforce analytics.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Administration & System Optimization
- Serve as a subject matter expert and primary administrator for the HRIS platform (Dayforce or similar)
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee and organizational data across systems
- Configure workflows, dashboards, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience
- Partner with HR, payroll, benefits, and IT teams to manage system integrations and cross-functional data flows
- Support implementation of new modules, features, and system upgrades
Performance & Learning Systems Support
- Administer performance management systems, including process setup, workflow management, and reporting
- Support evaluation cycles, data imports, and documentation distribution
- Leverage AI and system tools to streamline feedback and performance summaries
- Assist in maintaining learning management system (LMS) data and reporting
Compensation & Workforce Data Support
- Support compensation processes, including benchmarking surveys and market data analysis
- Prepare salary, bonus, and workforce planning reports for leadership
- Manage salary data updates and system uploads
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports (e.g., headcount, compensation, diversity metrics, compliance)
- Analyze HR data trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Support internal and external data requests, including audits, surveys, and client-facing reporting
Compliance & Data Governance
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local reporting requirements (e.g., EEO, pay data reporting)
- Support audits and regulatory reporting processes
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive personnel and compensation information
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR analytics, or HR operations
- Strong hands-on experience administering HR systems (Dayforce preferred; Workday, UKG, or similar also considered)
- Advanced reporting and data analysis skills, including Excel (required) and Power BI or similar visualization tools (preferred)
- Experience writing queries, building dashboards, and managing large datasets
- Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
- Knowledge of HR processes including compensation, performance management, and compliance reporting

Work Environment & Location
- Based in Washington, DC (hybrid/on-site presence required)
- Primarily office-based role with occasional extended hours to support key HR cycles and initiatives
Compensation
- Base salary range: $105,000 – $115,000, depending on experience and qualifications
