Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our vibrant HR team. In this role, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new employees, ensuring we attract and retain the best candidates across various departments. Duties
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles, including technical, executive, campus, and internal recruiting initiatives.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media management tools, HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, and Salesforce to identify and engage top talent.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate employment contracts and offers confidently while ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) efficiently to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted lead generation campaigns for talent acquisition.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders through effective communication skills and relationship management techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting across multiple channels including social media management, cold calling, and HR sourcing methods.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, and Taleo.
- Familiarity with employment law, contracts, employee orientation processes, employee evaluation procedures, and employee relations practices.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, talent management, succession planning, and training & development initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to research market trends and leverage tools like Lever or iCIMS for effective recruiting strategies.
- Experience in technical recruiting for specialized roles requiring specific skill sets such as HR sourcing or sales positions is preferred.
