We are seeking a Junior Workday Payroll & Time Tracking Analyst to join our team in a part-time (50% allocation) remote role.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with Workday certification in Payroll (PY) and Time Tracking (TT). The ideal candidate will have moderate to advanced Excel skills and be a critical thinker capable of troubleshooting and supporting Workday deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Workday Payroll & Time Tracking (TT) module configuration, support, and optimization.
- Provide analytical and technical support for payroll and time-tracking processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and post-go-live support (experience in this is a plus).
- Utilize moderate to advanced Excel skills for data analysis, report generation, and issue resolution.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Workday Payroll & Time Tracking.
- Document processes, configurations, and resolutions for internal reference.
Required Qualifications:
- Workday Certified in Payroll (PY) and Time Tracking (TT).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Compensation
Hourly Rate Range - $40-$60/ hr
