Key Responsibilities for the Senior HRIS Engineer (Workday):
- Own Workday architecture, configuration, and ongoing system optimization
- Administer Core HCM including business processes, security, and calculated fields
- Build and maintain integrations with systems like Greenhouse, Deel, and 15Five
- Develop advanced reporting and analytics solutions (Prism, People Analytics)
- Lead Workday releases including testing, deployment, and feature enhancements
- Translate business needs into scalable system and reporting solutions
Qualifications for the Senior HRIS Engineer (Workday):
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience
- Strong expertise in Core HCM and related modules (Comp, Benefits, Time Tracking)
- Experience with Workday integrations (APIs, Studio, EIB)
- Proficiency in SQL and exposure to scripting (Python or JavaScript)
- Experience with data pipelines/ETL tools and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Knowledge of Workday security architecture and IAM tools (e.g., Okta)
