Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive human capital management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by overseeing recruiting processes, utilizing HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, and managing ATS platforms like iCIMS or Lever to attract top talent.
- Design and implement employee orientation programs, training & development initiatives, and performance management systems to promote continuous growth.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment through effective conflict management techniques.
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing using platforms like ADP or Paychex, and ensure compliance with employment & labor laws including FMLA, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation requirements.
- Drive organizational design projects, succession planning efforts, and affirmative action planning to support workforce diversity and strategic staffing needs.
- Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel or HRIS systems for data collection, HR data entry, and reporting to inform decision-making and improve HR department efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced environment with a strong understanding of employment law and HR legal compliance.
- Extensive background in human resources department functions including talent acquisition, employee evaluation, benefits administration, and workforce management.
- Demonstrated proficiency with HR systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Dayforce, Kronos or PeopleSoft for payroll processing, timekeeping, and HR data management.
- Skilled in project management with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Prior experience in implementing HR sourcing strategies using social media management tools and leveraging ATS platforms for recruiting success.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations applicable to various jurisdictions along with OSHA standards for workplace safety.

Pay: $95,105.09 - $108,180.32 per hour
