Senior Recruiter — Corporate/HQ Talent Acquisition

About the Role
Delane Consulting and Talent Management is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support a 6-month contract engagement for our healthcare client based in New York. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for corporate headquarters functions, partnering directly with hiring managers to fill critical roles across Product Management, Finance, Project Management, Executive Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, and Operations.
This is a remote position; candidates should be comfortable working across time zones aligned with Eastern Standard Time and collaborating with a distributed hiring team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt, corporate-level roles including Product Managers, Finance/FP&A professionals, Project/Program Managers, Executive Assistants, HR Business Partners/Generalists, Marketing professionals, and Operations roles
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and refine job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and candidate profiles specific to each function
- Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, ATS databases, networking, and referrals
- Screen and assess candidates for both technical/functional fit and cultural alignment with a healthcare organization
- Manage a high-volume requisition load (typically 8-12 concurrent openings) while maintaining a strong candidate experience
- Present slates of qualified, vetted candidates to hiring managers with clear rationale and comparative notes
- Coordinate interview scheduling, gather structured feedback, and drive the offer process
- Maintain accurate and current candidate pipeline data in the client's ATS
- Provide weekly reporting on requisition status, pipeline health, time-to-fill, and sourcing metrics
- Ensure a positive candidate experience consistent with the client's employer brand, given the sensitivity of healthcare industry hiring
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success recruiting for corporate/HQ functions (not clinical or field roles)
- Proven experience recruiting across multiple functional areas simultaneously (e.g., Finance, PM, HR, Marketing) rather than a single specialty
- Experience recruiting for mid-to-senior level individual contributor and manager-level roles
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and passive candidate outreach
- Experience working within an ATS (Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — comfortable advising hiring managers and pushing back on unrealistic requirements
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced contract environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience recruiting for a healthcare, health insurance, or managed care organization
- Familiarity with New York/Tri-State metro talent markets
- Experience recruiting for Executive Administrative or Chief of Staff-type roles
- Agency or staffing firm background (comfortable with requisition volume and speed expectations)
