- Own Workday Core HCM architecture, configuration, and optimization
- Lead integrations across platforms (HRIS, ATS, performance, payroll, and more)

- Manage Workday releases, testing, and feature rollouts
- Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
Qualifications For The Senior HRIS Workday Specialist
- 5+ years of Workday administration experience
- Deep expertise in Core HCM and related modules (Comp, Benefits, Time Tracking)
