The Data Entry Support Specialist will perform high-volume data entry, assist with database maintenance, and provide administrative support for logistics, order tracking, and performance reporting. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, process-driven environment and can work independently while maintaining communication with remote and on-site team members.
While the position is primarily remote, there may be occasional opportunities for on-site training or collaboration at our Oklahoma City facility.
Enter, review, and validate operational data including order, shipment, and client records.
Support the maintenance and cleanup of digital databases for accuracy and performance.
Process incoming data from warehouse logs, invoices, and partner systems.
Generate regular reports and performance dashboards for management review.
Collaborate with team leads to identify data discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information, both remote and in-office.
Provide light administrative support such as document organization and workflow tracking.
Communicate regularly with logistics, customer service, and operations teams through remote collaboration tools.
Participate in quality-control checks and periodic data audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
Suggest process improvements to enhance data flow and accuracy across remote systems.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in data entry, data administration, or clerical support roles.
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply-chain environments a plus.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid structure.
Technical & Core Skills
Fast and precise typing skills (60+ WPM preferred).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and cloud-based database platforms.

Standard business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
