Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Finance Integration Consultant with expertise in integrating Workday Financials and Trapeze Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). The consultant will help redesign and optimize integrations between Workday and Trapeze, making Workday the system of record for Procurement and Supplier Management while ensuring seamless synchronization of work orders, inventory, and maintenance-related transactions back to Trapeze.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Workday Financials, Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Workday Integrations, and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms, preferably within the Transit or Public Transportation industry.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the current integration architecture between Workday Financials and Trapeze EAM.
- Design and implement integration improvements to support procurement and supplier processes.
- Establish Workday as the system of record for:
- Procurement
- Supplier Management
- Supplier Invoicing
- Purchase Orders
- Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and Trapeze for:
- Work Orders
- Inventory
- Maintenance transactions
- Supplier data
- Troubleshoot supplier invoicing, accrual, and reconciliation issues.
- Work with Finance, Procurement, Maintenance, and IT teams to improve business processes.
- Build and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, and Workday Web Services.
- Perform testing, validation, deployment, and post-production support.
