Position: Technical Recruiter
Compensation: $38 - 51 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Full Remote
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Recruiter to join their team!
This is a high-impact contract opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, specialized hiring environments. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for technical and Intelligence Community roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and using creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines. If you enjoy balancing relationship-building, sourcing, and process excellence, this role offers a chance to make a real difference right away.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer close
- Source candidates through job boards, networking, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain pipelines for technical talent
- Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and priorities
- Coordinate interviews and support candidate communication
- Negotiate offers and help close selected candidates
- Track recruiting activity in ATS systems accurately
- Support compliance with DoL and OFCCP requirements
- Generate recruiting reports and hiring metrics as needed
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for Intelligence Community roles
- Background in government contracting or consulting
- Strong sourcing and research skills
- Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS
- Knowledge of HR practices and federal hiring compliance
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

- Experience with Workday Recruiting
- Creative sourcing strategy experience
- Pipeline development expertise
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
